To download the different Meteosat images, click on the thumbnail of the specific channel.
Then select the image containing the preferred date and time by left clicking on it.
Save the image by clicking the right mouse button and Save image as... into your folder Weather.
Alternatively, you can save all images as a zip folder at the bottom of the page.
